Skoda Karoq
The new Skoda Karoq made its debut in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show. It is out in December and will be replacing the popular Yeti. With the popularity of the Kodiaq we expect the Karoq to be just as popular. The new Karoq will be competition for the Nissan Qashqai, Peugeot 3008, Volkswagen Tiguan and other new arrivals the Kia Stonic and the SEAT Arona.
Design
The high headlights and grille at the front of the Karoq, exude confidence and is sure to catch people’s attention. The rear is dominated by high-set wedge-shaped rear lights, their outer parts stretching to the bodywork’s sides. The beautifully design is completed with full LED lights. And when you open the door, you will notice a welcome logo projected on the tarmac!
Highlights
You will have a perfect overview provided by the Digital Instrument Panel which can display on-board computer specifications in combination with other information such as navigation. You can choose from three basic and one reduced view option, respective layouts, controlled via the View button on the multi-functional steering wheel. The Karoq will be the first Skoda to use the Digital Instrument Panel, which is the same as the Active Information Display found in Volkswagen models.
For your driving pleasure the Dynamic Chasis Control with Driving Model Select will let you customise the vehicle’s handling to your personal preference: Normal, Sport or Comfort.
And for your comfort, the Panoramic Electric Roof ensures optimal interior climate as it is made of tinted glass that has reduced light and thermal transmittance. In addition, a windscreen can be extended to reduce noise and direct air flow into the interior so that passenger comfort is in no way comprised.
