Winter Motoring Checklist
You are more likely to break down in bad weather than other times of the year. There is also more risk of delay, possibly due to accidents on the roads. It’s always good to have a bad weather in our kit in case of emergency, including; warm clothes, water proof clothing, sturdy boots and flask with a hot drink. This is on top of the year round emergency kit you should have in your car consisting of; fully charged phone, sunglasses, warning triangle, first aid kit, sat nav or map, spare bulbs, breakdown membership card and battery jump leads.
Here’s some additional tips in order to reduce the risk of a breakdown and to ensure you are equipped to deal with road conditions.
